Refund policy

Since our products are hygienic products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a fault in our store or there is a defect in the product (damaged parts, etc.).
Please contact us for returns, exchanges and refunds within one week after the item arrives.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to customer's convenience (different size, different image, different monitor color, wrong order, etc.).
Only lost child cards We accept returns and exchanges only if the pedestal or metal fittings are out of order within 2 weeks after arrival and the product becomes physically unusable due to initial defects.
* Failure due to customer's negligence is not covered. If the item to be exchanged cannot be returned, or if it is found to be a false declaration after the item is returned, we may make an additional request for the item price.
* There are some bubbles and unevenness, and there are differences in the pattern appearance even with the same fabric, but this is also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
